To reduce burden regarding manual operation of an operator of a hydrofoil boat.SOLUTION: A height control device 100 for a hydrofoil boat 5 controls a plurality of flaps 3 to adjust a water level of the hydrofoil boat. The control device includes: a normal operation amount acquisition unit for acquiring a normal operation amount of the flaps used in normal operation of the hydrofoil boat; a subject waves acquisition unit for acquiring an image by imaging waves from the hydrofoil boat; a determination unit for determining an additional operation to the flaps necessary in addition to the normal operation based on the determined normal operation amount and the subject waves image; and an operation unit for outputting an actual operation amount of the flaps by acquiring an additional operation amount of the flaps according to the subject wave image based on an additional operation amount derivation model by using learning data including a relation between an image in manual operation imaging the waves from a position corresponding to an imaged position when an operator carried out operation and a manual operation amount in the manual operation, when the additional operation is determined to be needed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】水中翼船のオペレータの手動操作に伴う負担を軽減する。【解決手段】水中翼船5の高さ制御装置100は、水中翼船の水面高さを調整するため、複数のフラップ3を制御する。水中翼船の通常操作に用いられるフラップの通常の操作量を取得する通常操作量取得部と、水中翼船上から波浪を撮像して画像を取得する対象波浪画像取得部と、決定された通常操作量と対象波浪画像とに基づき、通常操作に加えて必要なフラップへの追加操作を判定する判定部と、追加操作が必要と判定されたときに、オペレータが操作を行った時の撮像位置に対応する位置から波浪を撮像した手動操作時画像と、手動操作における手動操作量との関係性を含む学習データをもちいて、追加操作量導出モデルに基づき、対象波浪画像に応じたフラップの追加操作量を取得して、フラップの実操作量を出力する操作部とを備える。【選択図】図1
