To provide a redundant circuit device which suppresses the dispersion of a printed wiring shape and a size in both systems.SOLUTION: A redundant circuit device includes a substrate 30, first mounting components (IC1, MOS1) and second mounting components (IC2, MOS2). Each first mounting component, which is a mounting component included in a first system circuit, has three or more pins and is surface-mounted on one surface side of a substrate. Each second mount component, which is a mounting component included in a second system circuit, has the same number and the same function of pins as the first mounting component, and is surface-mounted on one surface side of the substrate. The arrangement for each number given function-by-function to each pin included in the first mounting component with respect to the center point C1 of the first mounting component is defined to be a first pin arrangement. Also, the arrangement for each number given function-by-function to each pin included in the second mounting component with respect to the center point C2 of the second mounting component is defined to be a second pin arrangement.
