To suppress the occurrence of creepage between two members different in material quality while reducing the weight of a wheel bearing device, by using a resin member for part of a structural member.SOLUTION: A wheel bearing device 10 includes an outer ring 12, an inner shaft member 11, and a plurality of balls 13 provided between the outer ring 12 and the inner shaft member 11, the outer ring 12 having a steel raceway member 40 having a first peripheral face 41 where outer raceway surfaces 12a, 12b for the balls 13 to have rolling contact therewith are formed, and a second peripheral face 42 on the opposite side to the first peripheral face 41, and a resin member 50 covering the second peripheral face 42. On at least part of an area covered with the resin member 50 on the second peripheral face 42, a blast surface 43 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
