To provide an inexpensive rust prevention box while preventing the occurrence of rust.SOLUTION: A rust prevention box 10 includes a steel box 11 with an opening, a steel lid 31 that closes the opening, and a non-conductive coating film 46 formed on the surfaces of the box 11 and the lid 31. A conductive rust prevention steel plate piece 21 is welded to a portion where the box 11 and the lid 31 come into contact with each other, and a non-conductive coating film 46 is formed except for the contact surface of the rust prevention steel plate piece 21. The contact portion is around mounting holes 17 and 34 used to fasten the lid 31 to the box 11. It is preferable that the rust prevention steel plate piece 21 is welded to both the contact portion of the box and the contact portion of the lid. When one of the box or the lid is made of the rust prevention steel plate, the rust prevention steel plate piece is welded to the other of the contact portions of the box or the lid, and the non-conductive coating film is formed except for the contact portion of the rust prevention steel plate piece and the contact surface of the rust prevention steel plate piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】錆の発生を防止しつつ安価な防錆ボックスを提供する。【解決手段】防錆ボックス10は、開口を有する鋼製の箱体11と、開口を塞ぐ鋼製の蓋体31と、箱体11と蓋体31の表面に形成された非導電性塗膜46とを備える。箱体11と蓋体31が接触する部位に導電性を有する防錆鋼板片21が溶接され、防錆鋼板片21の接触面を除いて非導電性塗膜46が形成される。接触する部位が、蓋体31を箱体11に締結するために用いられる取付孔17,34の周囲である。箱体の接触する部位と蓋体の接触する部位の双方に防錆鋼板片21がそれぞれ溶接されることが好ましく、箱体と蓋体のいずれか一方が防錆鋼板により作られる場合、箱体と蓋体のいずれか他方の接触する部位に防錆鋼板片が溶接され、防錆鋼板片が接触する部位及び防錆鋼板片の接触面を除いて非導電性塗膜が形成される。【選択図】 図1
