To provide a rubber composition for a studless tire that has a short vulcanization time and exhibits excellent on-ice performance when used to produce a tire and to provide a studless tire produced by using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: The rubber composition for a studless tire contains 100 pts.mass of a rubber component including natural rubber and butadiene rubber, 30 to 120 pts.mass of at least one kind of filler selected from the group consisting of carbon and silica and 1 to 20 pts.mass of a basic inorganic compound having a dissolution amount of less than 18 g in 100 g of a saturated aqueous solution at 0°C and a pH of a saturated aqueous solution at 25°C of 9 or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】加硫時間が短く、且つ、タイヤにしたときに優れた氷上性能を示す、スタッドレスタイヤ用ゴム組成物、及び、上記ゴム組成物を用いて製造されたスタッドレスタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】天然ゴム及びブタジエンゴムを含むゴム成分100質量部と、カーボン及びシリカからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の充填剤30〜120質量部と、0℃における飽和水溶液100g中の溶解量が18g未満であり、且つ、25℃における飽和水溶液のpHが9以上である、塩基性無機化合物1〜20質量部とを含有する、スタッドレスタイヤ用ゴム組成物。【選択図】図1
