To provide a vehicle battery device which makes a strong electric circuit breaker, such as a service plug, less likely to be damaged.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a vehicle battery device (2) mounted at a lower part of a vehicle (1) and has: a battery body (32) disposed below a tunnel part (8) provided at the vehicle; a strong electric circuit breaker (36) which is provided on an upper surface of the battery body so as to protrude into the tunnel part and used to intercept an electric circuit in the battery body; and a protruding part (38) which is provided on the upper surface of the battery body so as to protrude upward. The protruding part is provided so as to close at least a part of a cross section as seen in a vehicle width direction of the tunnel part at the front side of the vehicle relative to the strong electric circuit breaker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
