To provide an intermediate bearing assembly of a propeller shaft which enables improvement of productivity and flexibility of design for improving vibration control performance.SOLUTION: An intermediate bearing assembly 8 of a propeller shaft includes: annular bending parts 10c; an inner ring 10a disposed at inner peripheries of the bending parts 10c; and an outer ring 10b disposed at outer peripheries of the bending parts 10c and fitted on the bearing 9; a second vibration control member 11 disposed between the pair of bending parts 10c and including holes 10f penetrating from an outer periphery to an inner periphery; and arc holding members 13a, 13b which sandwich the outer ring 10b from the outer periphery side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
