To early converge a detection value obtained by each temperature sensor and optimally make a failure diagnosis of the temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A failure diagnostic device for a temperature sensor includes: a pump drive section 402 driving a pump 300 circulating a refrigerant in a refrigerant circuit 310 after stop of a vehicle; and a failure diagnosis section 404 making a failure diagnosis of temperature sensors 110, 120 when a charging execution time of a high-voltage battery 800 generating electric power serving as a driving source of the pump 300 reaches a temperature convergence time of the temperature sensors 110, 120 measuring a temperature of a motor 100 cooled by the refrigerant after the pump 300 is driven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
