To provide a stranded conductive cable 1A in the form of an eccentric coil winding cable 12 comprising a unit coil wire portion 7 and an offset coil wire portion 8.SOLUTION: A first center portion 7a of the unit coil wire portion 7 and a second center portion 8a of the offset coil wire portion 8 are arranged in a state of being displaced in opposite directions. Thus, unlike the arrangement in which the unit coil wire portion 7 and the offset coil wire portion 8 are concentrically arranged in a tight contact state, this arrangement ensures good heat dissipation of the eccentric coil winding cable 12, suppresses power loss by reducing the influence of the electromagnetic induction, and at the same time realizes the excellent flexibility and bending property of the eccentric coil winding cable 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
