To provide a pneumatic tire that comprises a tread portion constituted of a rubber composition in which silica and/or carbon black are blended with diene rubber, and that is excellent in anti-chipping property.SOLUTION: A tread portion 1 of a pneumatic tire is constituted of hardened material of a rubber composition in which silica and/or carbon black are blended with diene rubber. The pneumatic tire satisfies relational expressions of Log(TB×EB)>3.85, MA<5.3 MPa, ΔHs<5.0 and ΔHs<9.0×Log(TB×EB)-31, where.TB, EB, MA,ΔHs and TB×EB denote strength at break, elongation at break, secant elastic modulus, a difference between initial hardness and hardness after aging processing is performed under the condition of 60°C×336 hours, and tensile product, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ジエン系ゴムに対してシリカおよび/またはカーボンブラックが配合されたゴム組成物で構成されたトレッド部を備えた空気入りタイヤであって、耐チッピング性に優れる空気入りタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】空気入りタイヤのトレッド部1を、ジエン系ゴムに対してシリカおよび/またはカーボンブラックが配合されたゴム組成物の硬化物で構成し、この硬化物の破断時強度TBと破断時伸びEBとの積として算出される抗張積TB×EBと、セカント弾性率MAと、初期硬度と60℃×336時間の条件で老化処理を行った後の硬度との差ΔHsとが、Log(TB×EB)>3.85、MA<5.3MPa、ΔHs<5.0、かつ、ΔHs<9.0×Log(TB×EB)−31の関係を満たすようにする。【選択図】図1
