To provide a working vehicle, and a control device and a control method of the working vehicle which enables an operator to easily acquire an arbitrary brake force.SOLUTION: A brake force function determination unit exhibits a relation between rotation number of an output shaft of variable transmission and request braking force, and determines at least one of offset and inclination with respect to the request braking force, of such a braking force function that the request braking force monotonously increases with respect to the rotation number so that the smaller the level number of speed level selection inputted to a tractive force indication device, the larger an absolute value of at least one of the offset and inclination becomes. A request braking force determination unit determines the request braking force based on the rotation number of the output shaft of the variable transmission and the braking force function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
