To assemble heat affected member to axis of rotation welded/combined of a seat hinge mechanism adequately.SOLUTION: A seat hinge mechanism 10 includes a stem 11 which is fixed to a floor F, a movable part 12 which is fixed to a seat, a rotation shaft 13 which is welded to the movable part 12 by passing through the movable part 12 and the stem 11 and simultaneously is supported to the stem 11 in manner of being capable of rotating, a spiral spring 14 which actuates rotation urged force to the movable part 12 by passing through the axis of rotation 13 and an oil damper 15 which is a heat affected member which queues with the spiral spring 14 in an axial direction by passing through the axis of rotation 13. The rotation shaft 13 is split into a first shank 13A which is welded to the movable part 12 and a second shank 13B which is welded to the movable part 12 by queuing to one side of the first shank 13A in the axial direction. The first shank 13A includes a leg 13A3 which is capable of setting by passing through the oil damper 15 from one side in a weld state to the movable part 12 and a non-weld state of the second shank 13B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】シートヒンジ機構の溶接結合される回転軸に熱影響部材を適切に組み付けること。【解決手段】シートヒンジ機構10であって、フロアFに固定される基部11と、シートに固定される可動部12と、可動部12と基部11とに通されて可動部12に溶接されると共に基部11に回転可能なように支持される回転軸13と、回転軸13に通されて可動部12に回転付勢力を作用させるスパイラルスプリング14と、回転軸13に通されてスパイラルスプリング14と軸方向に並ぶ熱影響部材たるオイルダンパ15とを有する。回転軸13が、可動部12に溶接される第1の軸部13Aと、第1の軸部13Aの軸方向の一側に並んで可動部12に溶接される第2の軸部13Bと、に分割される。第1の軸部13Aが、可動部12に対する溶接状態かつ第2の軸部13Bの非溶接状態においてオイルダンパ15を上記一側から通してセット可能な脚部13A3を有する。【選択図】図4
