To provide a tire mold capable of effectively suppressing vulcanization trouble while suppressing the deterioration of the uniformity of a pneumatic tire, a method for manufacturing the pneumatic tire, and the pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: In a tire mold M having a side wall molding surface S1 for molding a side wall portion of a pneumatic tire T, a plurality of vent grooves 4 that annularly extends along the tire circumferential direction are arranged on the side wall molding surface S1. Each of the vent grooves 4 has depth that periodically varies along the tire circumferential direction, and has at least three deepest portions 4A and at least three shallowest portions 4B. In adjacent two vent grooves 4 and 4, the respective positions of the deepest portions 4A are displaced.
