The operation management device comprises: an acquisition section 11 for acquiring request information including a destination getting-on/getting off site of a user, a desired time of arrival and departure site information of the user; a user extraction section 13 for extracting a user to get on a first trunk line service car at a first getting-on site based on the trunk line service car that the user should get on and the getting-on site where the user gets on the trunk line service car; a trunk line service extraction section 15 for calculating a required time of a branch line route in which the first getting-on site is set as a start point and a terminal point, and extracting trunk line services including vehicles which are capable of arriving at the first getting-on site prior to a time of the required time before the departure time of the first trunk line service car at the first getting-on site, and applicable to the branch line courses; and a branch line service setting section 16 for generating branch line service information relating to branch line services to be operated along the branch line routes by the vehicles included in the extracted trunk line services.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
