To improve positioning accuracy in displacing and driving an object to a target position in a transmission actuator for a shift-by-wire of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A control portion in one embodiment of an electric actuator keeps an angular speed of a motor portion at a prescribed angular speed regardless of a rotation angle of an output shaft in at least a part to an intermediate rotation angle smaller than a target rotation angle in rotating the output shaft to the prescribed target rotation angle, starts deceleration of the rotation of the motor portion when it is determined that the rotation angle of the output shaft reaches the intermediate rotation angle on the basis of a result of detection by a second rotation sensor, calculates an angular deceleration rate on the basis of a remaining angle obtained by subtracting the rotation angle of the output shaft from the target rotation angle in decelerating the rotation of the motor portion, decelerates the rotation of the motor portion at the calculated angular deceleration speed, and stops the driving of the motor portion when it is determined that the rotation angle of the output shaft reaches the target rotation angle on the basis of a result of the detection by the second rotation sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】車両のシフトバイワイヤ用伝動アクチュエータにおいて、目標位置まで変位駆動させる際の位置精度を向上する。【解決手段】本発明の電動アクチュエータの一つの態様において制御部は、出力シャフトを所定の目標回転角度まで回転させる場合において、目標回転角度よりも小さい中間回転角度までの間の少なくとも一部において、出力シャフトの回転角度に関わらずモータ部の角速度を所定の角速度に維持し、第2回転センサの検出結果に基づいて出力シャフトの回転角度が中間回転角度に到達したと判断した場合に、モータ部の回転の減速を開始し、モータ部の回転を減速させる際、目標回転角度から出力シャフトの回転角度を減じた残角度に基づいて角減速度を算出し、算出した角減速度でモータ部の回転を減速させ、第2回転センサの検出結果に基づいて出力シャフトの回転角度が目標回転角度に到達したと判断した場合に、モータ部の駆動を停止する。【選択図】図4
