To provide a negative pressure type booster which improves productivity.SOLUTION: A negative pressure type booster 100 comprises an input shaft 141 constituting an input member which is so provided as to movable in a valve body 130 and inputs an operating force, a plunger 142 and an air valve 144 as a connection member, and further comprises a reaction force member 145. The air valve 144 has a hole 144b as a recess, which avoids contact with the reaction force member 145 in the state the reaction force member 145 is pressed by a contact surface 144a, in a part of the contact surface 144a which faces the reaction force member 145 and contacts the reaction force member 145.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】生産性を向上させる負圧式倍力装置を提供すること。【解決手段】負圧式倍力装置100は、バルブボディ130の内部にて相対移動可能に設けられて操作力を入力する入力部材を構成する入力軸141、プランジャ142及び接続部材としてのエアバルブ144を備えると共に、反力部材145を備えている。そして、エアバルブ144は、反力部材145に対向して反力部材145に当接する当接面144aの一部に、当接面144aにて反力部材145を押圧した状態で反力部材145と当接することを回避する凹部としての穴144bを有する。【選択図】図2
