To provide a cushion unit support structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle which can secure attachment rigidity without increasing intensity and a size of fastening members, which fasten a stay supporting an upper end part of a cushion unit in a swingable manner to a power unit case, more than necessary.SOLUTION: A cushion unit support structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle includes a stay 50 which is disposed between a power unit case 41 and a cushion unit 61 and supports an upper end part 61a of the cushion unit 61 in a swingable manner. The power unit case 41 has a fixed part 43 provided at a wall part 41e. The stay 50 has contact surfaces 55, 56, 153 which contact with contacted surfaces 44, 45 of the fixed parts 43, 144, and is fixed to the fixed part 43 by fastening members 80, 81, 82 with the contacted surfaces 44, 45 and the contact surfaces 55, 56 contacting with each other. The cushion unit 61 is disposed inclining so that the upper end part 61a is oriented to the vehicle body front. A fastening direction of the fastening members 80, 81, 82 has a vector component in a vehicle body fore and aft direction. The structure secures attachment rigidity without increasing intensity and a size of the fastening members more than necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】クッションユニットの上端部を揺動可能に支持するステーをパワーユニットケースに締結する締結部材を、必要以上に高強度化・大型化することなく、取り付け剛性を確保することのできる鞍乗り型車両のクッションユニット支持構造を供する。 【解決手段】パワーユニットケース41とクッションユニット61との間に介装され、クッションユニット61の上端部61aを揺動可能に支持するステー50と、を備え、パワーユニットケース41は壁部41eに設けられた被固定部43を有し、ステー50は被固定部43,144の被接触面44,45と接触する接触面55,56,153を有し、被接触面44,45と接触面55,56が接して被固定部43に締結部材80,81,82により固定され、クッションユニット61は上端部61aが車体前方に向くように傾斜して配置され、締結部材80,81,82の締結方向は車体前後方向のベクトル成分を持ち、締結部材を、必要以上に高強度化・大型化することなく、取り付け剛性を確保する。 【選択図】 図5
