To provide a configuration in which a wheel load can be constantly measured while a commercial vehicle is running, so that the running safety of a railroad vehicle can be evaluated in consideration of the aging of the vehicle and track.SOLUTION: A wheel load measurement device for an axis beam type dolly comprises: a rotation angle acquisition unit that acquires the rotation angle of an axis beam of an axis beam type dolly; a correlation storage unit that stores the correlation between the rotation angle of the axis beam and a wheel load; and a wheel load calculation unit that converts the rotation angle acquired by the rotation angle acquisition unit into the wheel load based on the correlation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
