To provide a floating structure, a floating-type wind power generator, and a manufacturing method of the floating structure capable of replacing a wind turbine even if a wind turbine becomes larger and capable of installing it.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a floating structure 4 according the present embodiment includes a first process Step1 to determine the output of a first wind turbine 2 implemented, a second process Step2 to determine the output of a second wind turbine 3 which has a larger output than the output of the first wind turbine 2 and can be implemented in future, a third process Step3 to calculate a buoyant force of the floating structure 4 capable of installing the second wind turbine 3, and a fourth process Step4 to design the floating structure 4 based on the calculated buoyant force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
