To increase a wireless connection success rate of inter-moving object communication or roadside apparatus-moving object communication.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device 100 includes a first wireless device 101 and a second wireless device 102. The first wireless device scans a first connection destination detection signal of first moving object-moving object communication or first roadside apparatus-moving object communication in one of forward and rearward of a moving object 10. The second wireless device 102 transmits a second connection destination detection signal of second moving object-moving object communication or second roadside apparatus-moving object communication toward the other of forward and rearward of the moving object 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
