The estimation unit 101 estimates the estimated energy consumption on the basis of the correction value calculated by the correction value calculation unit 103 when the correction value calculated by the correction value calculation unit 103 is within a range corresponding to the range information acquired by the range information acquisition unit 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
