To provide a contactless operation device capable of appropriately determining a contactless operation of a crew member to an image regardless of a motion of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A contactless operation device 40 includes: a projection device (3D image projection device 43) configured to project an image onto a passenger compartment of an automobile; an operation detection device 44 configured to detect an operation site of a crew member contactlessly performing operation to an image projected to a space in the passenger compartment; a motion detection device (driving state detection device 48) configured to detect a motion of the automobile or a motion of the crew member caused by the motion of the automobile; and an operation ECU 20 including a generation part (image generation part 51) and an operation determination part 52. The generation part is configured to generate and update the image to be projected by the projection device. The operation determination part 52 is configured to adjust the contactless operation at the operation site of the crew member to the image projected to a space in the passenger compartment so as to suppress the motion of the crew member caused by the motion of the automobile according to a location or the motion of the operation site of the crew member to the image and a detection of the motion detection device, and then execute determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
