To provide a slide bearing structure in which insufficient fatigue resistance of titanium alloy-based bearing components is improved, and abrasion resistance on the sliding surfaces of these components is improved, so that both of fatigue strength and abrasion resistance are improved.SOLUTION: A slide bearing structure is provided with a convex spherical sliding surface 2 that is provided on the outer periphery of an inner ring 1 made of an α+β type or α type titanium alloy containing primary α crystal grains and secondary α crystal grains, and comprises a spherical slide bearing structure A formed by combining, with the sliding surface 2, an outer ring 4 having a concave spherical surface that slidably contacts with the sliding surface via a self-lubricating liner 3. The liner 3 is formed of a molded product or the like of a lubricating resin composition obtained by adding a tetrafluoroethylene resin to a photocurable resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】チタン合金製の軸受部品の耐疲労性の不足を改善し、しかもこれら部品の摺動面における耐摩耗性を向上させて、疲労強度と耐摩耗性のいずれをも改良された滑り軸受構造とすることである。【解決手段】プライマリα結晶粒とセカンダリα結晶粒が含まれるα+β型またはα型のチタン合金製の内輪1の外周に凸型球面の摺動面2を設け、この摺動面2に自己潤滑性を有するライナー3を介して摺接する凹型球面を有する外輪4を組み合わせて構成される球面滑り軸受構造Aなどからなる滑り軸受構造とする。ライナー3は、光硬化性樹脂に、四フッ化エチレン樹脂を添加した潤滑性樹脂組成物の成形体等で形成する。【選択図】図1
