The support device includes: an occurrence determination acquisition unit 64 that acquires the determination of the occurrence of an abnormality from the driving environment images transmitted from the vehicle; an abnormality registration unit 63 that registers abnormal areas Ar1 and Ar2 in which the abnormality has occurred and attribute information ZI related to the determination of the occurrence of the abnormality when the determination that the abnormality has occurred is acquired; and a resolution determination acquisition unit 65 that allows the vehicle traveling in an abnormal area to transmit the driving environment videos according to the attribute information after the determination that the abnormality has occurred is acquired, and acquires the determination that the abnormality has been resolved according to the transmitted driving environment videos.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
