An optical axis adjusting screw 14 composed of a cylindrical outer member and an inner member inserted into the outer member is inserted from the outside of a lamp chamber 4 into the inside of the lamp chamber 4. A turntable 6 meshes with a gear part of the inner member of the optical axis adjusting screw 14 and a second bracket 12 that is screwed with a screw part of the outer member of the optical axis adjusting screw 14 are arranged in the light chamber 4. When the inner member is rotated, the turntable 6 is rotated, the light source unit 5 is rotated around a first axis.
