To absorb collision energy more appropriately.SOLUTION: A vehicle side part structure comprises a first component on the outside of a vehicle and a second component on the cabin side which are arranged on a side part of the vehicle in a vehicle width direction and extend in a direction crossing the vehicle width direction. An energy absorption component is provided between the first component and the second component. The energy absorption member has a plurality of cylindrical parts which extend between the first component and the second component, and the cylindrical parts, which are adjacent to each other, contact each other at least partially. In the plurality of cylindrical parts, a central axis of the cylindrical part on one side in an extension direction of the fist component and the second component with respect to a collision prediction position, at which it is predicted that a collision energy is inputted on the first component, is so formed as to be inclined to one side in the extension direction as approaching the second component side from the first component side, and a central axis of the cylindrical part on the other side different from one side of the extension direction with respect to the collision prediction position is so formed as to be inclined to the other side in the extension direction as approaching the second component side from the first component side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
