To solve the problem that a fire detection device which notifies a fire on early stage can be provided while reducing a possibility of erroneous detection by using various sensors and including a number of sensors but if a number of sensors are installed, high cost may be required and an appearance at an installation place may be impaired.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention system comprises an automatic fire notification facility including a fire sensor installed within a fire monitoring region and a fire receiver to which the fire sensor is connected, and a mobile robot. When the fire sensor detects a value exceeding a threshold, the mobile robot moves to the vicinity of the fire sensor which detects the value exceeding the threshold, collects information, makes a fire determination and, when it is determined as a fire, transmits fire confirmation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
