To provide a cooling control device for a fuel cell vehicle which enables improvement of a hydrogen gas charging speed while inhibiting an ability that cools a hydrogen gas needed in the facility side where a fuel cell vehicle is charged with the hydrogen gas.SOLUTION: A cooling control device for a fuel cell vehicle is used in a vehicle which uses a hydrogen gas which fills a hydrogen tank as a fuel and includes: a trigger detection part 201 which detects a trigger that starts filling the hydrogen tank with the hydrogen gas; and a circulation control part 210 which circulates a refrigerant to be used in a refrigeration cycle circuit used for cooling of an air conditioner for indoor air conditioning of the vehicle to a tank side evaporator which cools the hydrogen tank to cool the hydrogen tank when the trigger detection part 201 detects the trigger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
