To provide a vibration isolating bush for an axle beam device which can change characteristics of an elastic stopper by structural device in response to a dimensional change of an applying position in a railway vehicle and the like.SOLUTION: A vibration isolating bush for an axle beam device comprises a central axis 2 which has a shaft center P that is able to be a shaft center crossing a vehicle travel direction and an elastic part 3 arranged outside of the diameter of the central axis 2. An elastic stopper 5 whose thickness in a diameter direction is thinner than the thickness in the diameter direction of the elastic part 3 is detachably installed on an outside of the central axle 2. The elastic part 3 has an outside part 4 which is integrated with an outer peripheral surface of the elastic part and made from rigid sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】構造工夫により、鉄道車両などの適用箇所の緒元の異なりに応じて弾性ストッパの特性を変化させることが可能となるように、改善された軸はり装置用防振ブッシュを提供する。【解決手段】車両進行方向に交差する軸心になり得る軸心Pを有する中心軸2と、中心軸2の径外側に配置される弾性部3とを有し、中心軸2の径外側に、弾性部3の径方向厚みより小さい径方向厚みの弾性ストッパ5が着脱可能に取付けられている軸はり装置用防振ブッシュ。弾性部3は、その外周面に一体化される硬質板材製の外側部4を有している。【選択図】図2
