To solve the problems for a mowing machine carrying out grass mowing on steep slope land, that an electric cylinder, in an embodiment where an engine tilted to either the right or left side together with a vehicle body is constituted to return to a vertical attitude by the electric cylinder, generally is strong against a compression side, but weak against pulling, which causes difficulties in stably maintaining inclined attitude control, and therefore, there is a risk that the electric cylinder may break down depending on an overturn direction of the vehicle body, and further, that looseness and vibration of the engine easily occur during mowing traveling which causes difficulties in exhibiting stable mowing performance.SOLUTION: An engine loading device of a slope land work machine is constituted such that: an engine 2 is loaded onto a vehicle body 1 of the work machine so that a mounting angle of the engine can be changed; an electric cylinder 4 is disposed between the vehicle body 1 and an engine base 3 in order to change an angle of a mounting posture of the engine 2 according to electrically driven telescopic motion; and a gas damper 5 is disposed in a constantly pressing state also when the electric cylinder 4 is expanded or contracted, and prevents the telescopic motion of the electric cylinder 4 from relaxing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】急傾斜地の草刈取を行う草刈機は、車体と共に左右一側へ傾斜したエンジンを、電動シリンダによって鉛直状姿勢に戻すように構成する形態において、このような電動シリンダは、一般的には、圧縮側には、強いが、引っ張りにはが弱いため、車体本体の転倒方向によっては、電動シリンダが破損する虞れがあり、安定した傾斜姿勢制御を維持し難い。そして、草刈走行時に、エンジンのガタツキや、振動が発生し易くなり、安定した刈取性能を発揮し難い。【解決手段】作業機の車体1にエンジン2の搭載角度を変更可能に搭載し、この車体1とエンジンベース3との間に、電動伸縮によってエンジン2の搭載姿勢の角度を変更する電動シリンダ4を設け、この電動シリンダ4が伸縮作動しても常時押圧状態にして、この電動シリンダ4の伸縮作動に緩みを発生させないガスダンパー5を設けた傾斜地作業機のエンジン搭載装置の構成とする。【選択図】図4
