To reset an appropriate traveling track according to change in surrounding environment.SOLUTION: A server 100 includes: an orbit candidate generation unit 102 for generating a travel track candidate of an own vehicle; a track simulator 107 for performing track simulation for the travel track candidate generated by the track candidate generation unit 102; a track evaluation unit 108 for determining a travel track based on the track simulation results; a vehicle cooperation unit 109 for transmitting information on the travel track determined by the track evaluation unit 108 to an on-vehicle device 300; an infrastructure cooperation unit 104 for acquiring sensing information from an infrastructure sensor 200; a surrounding environment generating unit 105 for generating surrounding environment of the travel track based on sensing information acquired by the infrastructure cooperation unit 104; and a resetting determination unit 110 for determining whether or not to reset the travel track.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
