To provide a wall surface attachment type placement base which makes inclining adjustment of a frame easy and is unlikely to lose components during the adjustment.SOLUTION: A wall surface attachment type placement base includes: a base 12 having a positioning protrusion 14 which performs positioning by concavo-convex engagement; a movable arm 24 having a frame 26 at a tip side and a rotary base part 28 at the rear end side and provided with positioning means 32 located around the rotary base part 28; a pair of brackets 34 disposed between the base 12 and the movable arm 24, having engagement parts which sandwich the positioning protrusion 14 and the positioning means 32 and engage with these components, and defining an inclination of the frame 26; and engagement means 46 which maintains an engagement state of the pair of brackets 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
