To provide a vehicular body structure capable of further efficiently suppressing vibration to be transmitted to a vehicular body from a vibration source while rigidity of the vehicular body being improved.SOLUTION: A vehicular body structure includes: a first reinforcement member 7 that couples a first portion 4a of a vibration source 4 and a vehicular body component member 6; a second reinforcement member 8 that couples a second portion 4b of the vibration source 4 and the vehicular body component 6; a merged portion 14 where a transmission path of vibration to be transmitted along the first reinforcement member 7 and a transmission path of vibration to be transmitted along the second reinforcement member 8 are merged; and an attenuating portion 15 which is placed at the merged portion 14 and which attenuates the vibration transmitted along the first reinforcement member 7 and the second reinforcement member 8, respectively. The first reinforcement member 7 includes an interrupting portion 7e that interrupts the transmission of the vibration transmitted along the first reinforcement member 7 through a halfway of the merged portion 14.
