To enable previous rising of a wire harness so that a tip end of the wire harness does not lie down on an assembly line floor without using temporal stopping means such as a tape.SOLUTION: A tip part of a wire harness is inserted into a grommet 10 having: a large diameter part 11 fixed to a panel 110; a small diameter 12 part fixed to an outer periphery of a wire harness W; and a conical-like cylindrical wall 13 connecting the large diameter part and the small diameter part, and the small diameter part is fixed to the outer periphery of the wire harness, and the large diameter part is fixed to the panel. In such a state, the cylindrical wall on the small diameter part side is pressed to an inner peripheral side of the cylindrical wall on the large diameter part side, while curving the cylindrical wall in a cross section S-shape of an axial direction, and thereby the state is held.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
