To improve convenience in a search by the police or the like by efficiently supporting identification of a suspect or the suspect's runaway vehicle when a case or the like occurs in the vicinity of an intersection at which many persons and vehicles come and go.SOLUTION: For each intersection, a plurality of cameras are disposed as a pair of a first camera for widely imaging the intersection and one or more second cameras for imaging a number of a vehicle entering the intersection and an occupant's face. According to input of a search condition including a data and location at which a case or the like has occurred and an appearance characteristic of a runaway vehicle whose occupant is a suspect of the case or the like, a client terminal transmits an information acquisition request for the runaway vehicle satisfying the search condition to a server. On the basis of the information acquisition request, the server identifies an imaged picture of the runaway vehicle, the number, and the occupant's face by a vehicle search using respective imaged video of a first camera and second cameras corresponding to an intersection at the location at the date included in the search condition and stores a result of the identification as search information on the suspect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多くの人および車両が行き交う交差点近辺で事件等が発生した場合に、被疑者あるいは被疑者の逃走車両の特定を効率的に支援し、警察等の捜査の利便性を向上する。【解決手段】複数のカメラは、交差点を広範に撮像する第1カメラと、交差点に進入する車両のナンバーおよび乗員の顔を撮像する1台以上の第2カメラとをペアとして交差点ごとに配置される。クライアント端末は、事件等が発生した日時および地点と事件等の被疑者が搭乗した逃走車両の外見特徴とを含む検索条件の入力に応じて、検索条件を満たす逃走車両の情報取得要求をサーバに送る。サーバは、情報取得要求に基づいて、検索条件に含まれる日時における地点の交差点に対応する第1カメラおよび第2カメラのそれぞれの撮像映像を用いた車両検索により、逃走車両の撮像画像、ナンバーおよび乗員の顔を特定し、その特定結果を被疑者の捜査情報として保持する。【選択図】図1
