To provide an electronic block system and an instruction terminal which can prevent a disturbance of train operations caused by a human error allocating a wrong number to a train.SOLUTION: An electronic block system is constituted of an instruction terminal and a ground device. The instruction terminal acquires station information including at least either of a station or a track number where the train is located, refers the station information to data in a station information database which stores departure stations, departure times and track numbers, derives a train number related to an operation, acquires an organizing number identifying the train from the train and transmits the train number and the organization number. The ground device allocates the organization number received from the instruction terminal to the train number and carries out a block process based on the train number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ヒューマンエラーによる列車番号の誤割り付けに起因した列車運行の乱れを防ぐことができる電子閉塞システム及び指令端末を提供する。【解決手段】列車が所在する駅及び番線の少なくともいずれかの駅情報を取得し、駅情報と、出発駅、出発時刻、及び番線が格納されている駅情報データベースのデータとを照合させ、運行に関わる列車番号を導出するとともに、列車から列車を識別する編成番号を取得して、列車番号及び編成番号を送信する指令端末と、指令端末から受信した編成番号を列車番号に割り付け、列車番号に基づき閉塞処理を行う地上装置とから電子閉塞システムを構成する。【選択図】 図1
