To inhibit a charging relay from being erroneously diagnosed as being welded due to the fact that a DC power supply facility is a specific DC power supply facility.SOLUTION: An ECU of a vehicle performs welding diagnosis processing of charging relays 71 and 72 while SMRs are opened. The welding diagnosis processing is performed while power is supplied from a DC power supply facility to the vehicle. The welding diagnosis processing includes two-electrode welding diagnosis processing and single-electrode welding diagnosis processing. The ECU outputs an output command to the DC power supply facility to perform the two-electrode welding diagnosis processing. When it is determined that both of the charging relays 71 and 72 are not welded in the two-electrode welding diagnosis processing, the ECU performs the single-electrode welding diagnosis processing to diagnose whether welding does not occur in each of the charging relays 71 and 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
