To improve sound recognition and telephone call quality with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control device includes: a sound data acquisition part 51 which acquires sound data from a microphone 20; an analysis part 52 which analyzes noise by blowing of air from an air-conditioning part 30 on the basis of the sound data acquired by the sound data acquisition part 51; a determination part 53 which determines whether or not the noise is equal to or more than a threshold on the basis of the analysis result of the analysis part 52; and an air-conditioning control part 54 which controls the air-conditioning part 30 so as to reduce the noise when the it has been determined that the noise is equal to or more than a threshold on the basis of the determination result of the determination part 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
