To provide a press-molded body and a seat back board for a vehicle, exerting sufficient hardness while showing appropriate resilience, while allowing excellent sewing, and a manufacturing method of a press-molded body.SOLUTION: A press-molded body 150 includes a skin 30 and a nonwoven fabric 10 laminated interposing an adhesion layer. The nonwoven fabric has a basis weight of 500 g/mto 800 g/mand Shore A hardness of 45 to 60. The press-molded body is manufactured through: heating both sides of a sheet-like polyurethane foam 230; laminating the skin on one side thereof while laminating the nonwoven fabric including a thermoplastic resin 130 whose melting point is within a range of 100°C to 120°C on the other side thereof to form a laminate 200; placing the laminate with the nonwoven fabric at a lower side onto a heating table 300 heated at a prescribed temperature; heating the skin indirectly at a temperature lower than the temperature of the heating table; melting the thermoplastic resin; and pressing and forming the laminate by holding between a pressing mold (320 and 330).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】適度な柔軟性を示しつつ充分な硬度を発揮し、かつ良好に縫製可能なプレス成形体および車両用シートバックボード、並びにプレス成形体製造方法の提供。【解決手段】プレス成形体150は、接着層を介して積層された表皮30と不織布10とを有し、該不織布は、目付が500g/m2以上800g/m2以下であり、ショアA硬度が45以上60以下であり、該プレス成形体は、シート状のポリウレタンフォーム230の両面を加熱し、一方側面に該表皮を積層させるとともに、他方側面に融点が100℃以上120℃以下の範囲である熱可塑性樹脂130を含む該不織布を積層させて積層体200を形成し、該積層体を、該不織布を下面にして所定温度に加熱された加熱台300に載置するとともに、該表皮を間接的に該加熱台の温度より低い温度で熱し、該熱可塑性樹脂を溶融させ、プレス用型(320、330)に挟んでプレスし賦形することにより製造される。【選択図】図3
