Y direction which is perpendicular to the depth direction (Z direction) of the receiving part 16 and X direction is set in a height direction of the electrically-driven automobile 1.     【課題】信頼性を向上できる蓄電デバイスを提供する。【解決手段】基材層34、バリア層36、熱融着性樹脂層38を備えた外装部材20に蓄電素子11を封入し、電動自動車1に搭載される蓄電デバイス10において、外装部材20が周縁シール部21と、蓄電素子11を収納する収納部16とを有し、収納部16の深さ方向(Z方向)及び深さ方向に直交するX方向が電動自動車1の前後方向または左右方向に配置され、収納部16の深さ方向(Z方向)及びX方向に垂直なY方向が電動自動車1の高さ方向に配置される。バリア層36の少なくとも一面に設けた耐食性皮膜のX線光電子分光法による分析により287eVから290eVの範囲にO−C=O結合のC1sに由来するピークPOCOと、285eVにC−C結合のC1sに由来するピークPC-Cとが検出され、両者のピーク高さ比POCO/C-Cが0.10以上0.50以下の範囲にある。【選択図】図3
