To provide a vehicle door check device capable of reducing labor required for assembling the device.SOLUTION: In a vehicle door check device 30, a check arm 40 has a sliding surface 41 including a first sliding surface 411 with an upward slope from a tip to a base end and a second sliding surface 412 with a downward slope from the tip to the base end. A case 50 has a body section 51 formed with insertion holes 515, 516 through which the check arm 40 passes, a sliding section 52 which slides on the sliding surface 41 of the check arm 40, and a connection section 53 which connects the body section 51 and the sliding section 52. In the case 50, the body section 51, the sliding section 52, and the connection section 53 are integrally formed, and the connection section part 53 is elastically deformed when the sliding part 52 slides with the sliding surface 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
