To enable a load at the time of a rear collision of a vehicle to be smoothly distributed toward the vehicle front side and improve surface rigidity of a rear floor in the vehicle front to back direction to the force that acts on a rear seat during running to be likely to vary in the vehicle front to back direction.SOLUTION: A vehicle rear part vehicle body structure includes: a rear floor front part 40 which extends upward toward the front side and on which a rear seat 30 is mounted; a pair of right and left reinforcements 51 having rear end portions 51r formed at opposite sides of the rear floor front part 40 in the vehicle width direction, and extending inward in the vehicle width direction toward the front side; and a pair of right and left beads 65 disposed outward in the vehicle width direction of the reinforcements 51 corresponding to the respective sides in the vehicle width direction, and extending outward in the vehicle width direction from locations near the rear end portions 51r of the reinforcements 51 toward the front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
