To provide a brake force control apparatus capable of reducing the occurrence of wheel slipping.SOLUTION: A brake force control apparatus is incorporated in a vehicle where regenerative brake force is applied to either one of front wheel and rear wheel, with frictional brake force applied to a wheel to which the regenerative brake force is not applied. In a case where a slip is detected in a wheel to which the regenerative brake force is applied, brake force smaller than the regenerative brake force that is detected when detecting the slip is set as an upper limit value of regenerative brake force; and in a case where a slip is not detected in a wheel to which the regenerative brake force is applied when regenerative brake force of an absolute value of the set upper limit value or higher is applied, then the upper limit value is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】車輪のスリップの発生を低減させることができる制動力制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】前輪または後輪のどちらか一方の車輪に回生制動力が付与され、回生制動力の付与されない車輪に摩擦制動力が付与される車両に搭載される制動力制御装置であって、回生制動力が付与される車輪のスリップが検出された場合、スリップを検出した際の回生制動力よりも小さい制動力を回生制動力の上限値に設定し、設定した上限値の絶対値以上の駆動力が付与された際に、回生制動力が付与される車輪のスリップが検出されなかった場合、上限値を引き上げる。【選択図】図4
