To provide a vehicular brake hose structure which protects an electrical conductive member 35 from a damage such as a crack due to fatigue or the like, and improves routing workability by quick and short time routing since careful routing of an electric wire is no longer required.SOLUTION: A long electrical conductive member 35 disposed on tubular single layers 30 to 34 is serving as a conductor, thereby, it is not necessary to use a wire harness bundling a plurality of electric wires. As a result, signal transmission between various sensors and an electric control unit (ECU) can be performed, and it becomes possible to reduce weight and cost by saving space. Moreover, since three parts of an undulation part 35a, an abdominal part 35, and a node part 36 can absorb complex displacement generated in a brake hose 11 during vehicle traveling as multifactorial displacement, the electrical conductive member 35 will not be subjected to excessive external force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】電気伝導部材35を疲労などに基づく亀裂などの損傷から保護し、併せて電線の慎重な配索が不要となって迅速かつ短時間の配索により配索作業性の向上する車両用ブレーキホース構造を提供する。【解決手段】管状単層30〜34に配置した長尺な電気伝導部材35が導電体となり、複数の電線を束ねたワイヤハーネスを用いる必要がなくなる。これにより、各種のセンサーと電気制御ユニット(ECU)との間の信号伝達を行うことができ、省スペース化による軽量化および低コスト化が可能となる。しかも、車両の走行時にブレーキホース11に生じる複合的な変位を多元的な変位として起伏部35aと腹部35と節部36との三者で吸収可能なため、電気伝導部材35が無理な外力を受けることがなくなる。【選択図】図4
