To enable a traffic signal control machine to use signal control parameters equivalent in amount to those of a future period.SOLUTION: This device is a central device for remotely controlling traffic signal control machines installed at a plurality of intersections, and comprises: a control unit that generates first and second control commands for each prescribed control period; and a communication unit that collects both the generated first and second commands for each control period, and transmits the commands to the traffic signal control machines. The first command signal is a signal control command including signal control parameters of a current period amount, and the second control command is a signal control command including signal control parameters of a future period amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
