To automate the state determination of a tire push-feed device for a cableway facility while the tire push-feed device is operated without attendance of an expert at a site.SOLUTION: Transportation means of a cableway facility, particularly a tire push-feed device for operation means, has a power transmission device (14) for tires comprising tires arranged along a travel track, at least one drive wheel (12), particularly a belt pulley, and at least one driving means (13), particularly a belt. A guide (16) is arranged at least partially along the travel track, and at least one measuring device (17) for measuring characteristics of the power transmission device (14) or at least one component of the power transmission device (14) is displaceable along the guide (16).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
