To provide a motor which achieves improvement of sealability and an electric wheel.SOLUTION: An outer rotor type motor 10 includes: a rotor 30 which rotates around a center axis; a stator 40 which faces the rotor through a gap in a radial direction; an outer wall part 50 located at one axial side relative to the stator and having a first through hole 54 penetrating in an axial direction; a lead wire 70 electrically connected with the stator and led out to the outside of the motor through the first through hole; an elastic member 80 having a second through hole 80a which penetrates in the axial direction and through which the lead wire passes and housed in the first through hole; and a fixed member 60 which is fixed to the outer wall part and contacts with the elastic member from the one axial side. The outer wall part has a support part which supports the elastic member from the other axial side.
