To safely guide a handcart user by using a source of vibration.SOLUTION: The handcart for a walking aid includes: a body part; travelling wheels which are integrally installed in the lower end part of the body part; and a grip part which is integrally provided with the body part. The handcart for a walking aid comprises: an imaging means that gets a picture signal of an object; a pixel processing means that processes pixel information obtained by the imaging means; a storage part that records object information processed by the pixel processing means; a control part that is installed either in the body part or the grip part and that outputs a notification command signal when the pixel information of an obstacle is received from the pixel processing means; and a source of vibration that is provided in the grip part and that generates vibration so as to enable a user to perceive by tactual sense the existence of the obstacle on the basis of the notification command signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
