The sling parts 16, 17 have first bent parts 16a, 17a bent at sharp angles to the shafts 12, 13, the locking parts 14, 15 are configured to be aligned in the same direction with the sling parts 16, 17 opened in a direction for separating from each other, and project in a direction for separating from each other with the sling parts 16, 17 aligned in the same direction, and the locking parts 14, 15 are inserted into an insertion hole 4a of an object 1 in the state of being aligned in the same direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
