To provide a vehicle opening/closing structure which can stabilize sealing performance of an opening/closing member even if the opening/closing member thermally expands or contracts.SOLUTION: A back door 7 includes: a main base part 20; a pair of base end parts 24 provided at both end sides as viewed in a vehicle width direction of the main base part 20; a protruding part 21 which is disposed at an upper end side of the main base part 20 so as to extend in the vehicle width direction and protrudes to a side where a seal member 15 is disposed; and a pair of inclined parts 23, each of which is disposed between the base end part 24 and an end edge as viewed in the vehicle width direction of the protruding part 21. The seal member 15 is disposed so as to be brought into contact with sealing surfaces 24a of the base end parts 24, a protruding surface 21a of the protruding part 21, and inclined surfaces 23a of the inclined parts 23 when the back door 7 is fully closed and so as not to be brought into contact with the protruding part 21, the inclined parts 23, and the main base part 20 in a state where the back door 7 is opened.
